Just Breathe

Adrian first came into contact with yoga in 2017 after trying out an online yoga session and was intrigued by how inflexible he was. He's not someone who wants to have big muscles to look good, but mobility and limited range of motion affected his daily lives. Determined to improve his physical condition, he started on a consistent yoga practice. "The best way we can consistently practice yoga, is to practice at home." However this could be very daunting, considering that we have no guidance or whatsoever.

 

This is why he started this practice, to enable easy access to guided yoga practice for parents or individuals who are busy with their daily lives. By merging guided practice with the convenience of home, you will be more consistent in your practice, and grow even deeper everyday.
